Well anything *can* cause trouble, in wrong amount or wrong
circumstance or wrong person. Can even have too much oxygen; too much
water. But we don't therefore insist that hydrotherapy should not be
used, and breathing should be approached with caution...
If you
are trying to solve a problem (e.g. an acute disease), you have a
certain range of tools to choose from. Why do you find it strange to
think of including herbs in that tool chest? Given that such things
(e.g. ginger etc. for a cold) stand a *great* chance of providing
(greater or lesser degree of) comfort and aid to healing, and truly
miniscule chance of causing anything resembling harm... ??
