I run a support organization for people with IgA Nephropathy, www.igansupport.org . There is dietary advice on the website, but it pertains to people in earlier stages of the disease. For ESRD, you should check with a nutritionist well-versed in treating kidney diseases.
I do know of people cured of IgAN by homeopathy, including my son. I don't know of anything, however, that can cure ESRD, because by that stage too much renal function has been lost and the pathology is too advanced. A good homeopath -- and careful attention to diet and lifestyle -- ought to help preserve what renal function remains; but homeopathy can't reverse the pathological changes your kidneys have suffered.

Be careful about the word "can't". It's not compatible with good
homeopathy:-)

It's only with the diet doctors currently recommend that kidney repair
is impossible - they suggest the wrong ideas - so you do not get the
nutrients to heal.

My own kidneys are a case in point.
In 2004 I had moderate kidney damage (as evidenced by quantity of
albumin and microalbumin excreted - and other tests showing 50% scar
tissue.)
The diet I was advised to use to supposedly maintain what function I had
was not appropriate (in my opinion based on research on kidneys using
different kinds of high protein diet), so I did the opposite of what I
was advised, followed the research findings on high quality high protein
from meat, plus Vit E and fish oil for repair - and healed my kidneys,
as shown by negative findings for any albumin or microalbumin in
November that year.

So there is no such thing as kidneys that can not be repaired. They in
fact can be repaired by diet, not even needing homeopathy - though it
can help to use homeopathy as well, as I know from cat kidney cases in
my own work. (Kidney disease is the leading medical cause of death in
cats - mainly due to the gross misinformation going about on how to feed
an individual to repair kidney tissue. It needs a high protein diet of
the right kind of protein - NO plant protein - plus Vit E ad fish oil. -
and an overall anti-inflamamtory diet.)

Dear Dale,
I have visited the site, and got lot of useful information regarding
Igan.It was so helpful for people like me to understand the disease
and to prevent further damage to the kidneys.I have been following
strict diet ever since I suffered from this disease.

I will be continuing with homeopathy with occassional checks on my
consultations with a nephrologist.

But isn't the Igan in children and adults a little different from
each other.
