Neither - for the abscess. Silicea is useful even when the dentist wants to do a root canal saying that their antibiotics won't penetrate thus there is no alternative. The pain would be the by-product of the true problem which is the infection.

hi - would the cell salt be for the tooth pain or the muscle pain?
