Hi Puja,
Over the past few decades, I'd bet I've treated at least 100 cases like yours. From your description, my evaluation in your case and my advice follows:
Candida albicans is a natural yeast in our bodies, supplied by God at birth to turn our bodies back into plant food after we die. It's regulated by friendly bacteria that die off when we experience somatic death, so the Candida a. is freed to do its job. (This has been thwarted by embalming undertakers who have come to think that preservation of the body after passing of the soul has some benefit). This natural system worked well until one of my boys, a Scotsman named Alexander Fleming developed antibiotics which were a blessing for certain diseases and became allopathic medicines greatest specific. Since about 99.9% of our bacteria are friendly, our bodies have been ravaged over the past 70 years with some pretty bad collateral damage.
Your symptoms are definitely consistent with an overgrowth of Candida a. including the burning vaginitis. The most specific homeopathic remedy for this is Cantharis. However, it would be most helpful if you restore your bowel and urinary-genitalia with a good probiotic treatment. If you like sauerkraut, I would suggest your buy yourself a decent supply of good unpasteurized sauerkraut, eat it at least daily for a week or so (or a good probiotic unpasteurized yogurt if you don't like fermented cabbage). If you prefer probiotic pills, they're ubiquitously available, too.
Meantime, take an adult dose of Cantharis in about a 30th potency, give or take a little potentizing, two to four times a day, quitting when the symptoms improve or aggravate, or should a long period of no relief destroy my hypothesis. Other than nothing happening, you might need to resume dosing a time or four if the symptom improvement pauses or regresses.
We can then deal with the chronic constipation and any other issues if any remain as separate issues. If you follow my advice, you can drop me a line cussing or thanking me as appropriate, then we'll deal with the original complaint if needed.
Then, no more antibiotics for colds. Take some potassium iodide daily if you see patients or are otherwise at risk for upper respirator infection. (That's what most of us practitioners do to keep clear of our patients contagious pathogens). You can bulletproof yourself against most colds with occasional doses of Aconite intermittently with Natrum muriaticum.
I expect this would save you some bucks in air travel and lodging and professional fees. If you prefer, let me know, and I'd be glad to see you in my practice about 100 miles north of Los Angeles. Satisfactory results always guaranteed (Bakersfield is a tough town to make promises you don't keep). I'm handsome, brilliant, single and modest, with way too much experience for my youthful appearance (gray hair and white beard the only giveaways). So feel free to venture forth if you want the personal care. Otherwise, see if this doesn't put you back in fine fettle.
Very best wishes and happy holidays,
Dr. H. Thomas Cotter

Desperate Advice for a very competetive homeopath for a difficult case
Hi Dr. Cotter,
The potassium iodide do you recommend it as a Schuessler salt or as a homeopathic remedy ?
Regards
Marco

1)
It is often overlooked that in all such infections the husband has to
be treated also, since otherwise continual reinfections occur.
2)
It is also often overlooked that the infecting agent may not be
chlamidia but Trichomona, which is not a bacterium or yeast but a
monocellular pathogen. They are not easily identified in the tests -
and they need different (allopathic) remedies. For the homeopathic
approach there may not be any difference.

I wrote very similar advice to this patient before I read your post. But, we agree, Cantharis is totally homeopathic to this condition.
