Bad menses pain

I would like to go further back than the needed hormones and
homeopathy - and first correct the nutrition and vitamin and other
nutrient balance.
The start of PMS and other menses imbalances is this nutrient
imbalance. Vit B6 is the number one culprit, as it is needed in high
amount premenstrually and during pregnancy (hence "morning"
sickness) . But long-term depletion of B6 then leads to a multitude
of other problems as the body tries to cope with the B6 lack, in all
the multitude of places where it is necessary.
So I would start with nutrition, and only after correcting it, check
hormone balance (which after all is out of whack because the nutrient
raw materials were missing.) Hormones in my book are an end product -
and I prefer to correct the basic building blocks for those end
products - the nutrients - all 40 or so of them, rather than playing
with end products and not correcting the maintaining cause.
Namaste,
