Also, she could probably tell the dentist about the tachycardia and say that
she needs to be injected with the version of anesthetic that doesn't have
the epinephrine in it. The tachycardia is caused by epinephrine which is in
the lidocaine solution to make the anesthesia last longer. Some people
become sensitized to it. The dentists have alternatives, which they can use
if requested. No more tachycardia.

similiar case has been treated with acid phos 200 c and opium10M , also cherryphlum from bach. No symptoms further reported. Acid phos worked well.
