Can homeopathy cure AIDS?

I've worked with cases of feline AIDS (called FIV rather than HIV).
And yes they can get back to full health - the cat I am thinking of lived to age 22; had FIV from age 15 or 16 or so.

but in reading Scherr’s journal notes, you see he treats
the totality and is then able to report physiological
changes in the body as per lab test reports.
but most people come to homepathy looking for help with
some disease or other and they want to know if homepathy
has had success in working with these diseases. it is our
opportunity to educate them on what holistic means, what
vital force and susceptibility are really about. people don’t
come and say help me rebalance my vital force.

More specifically, it's good to be aware that In the US (not sure about other places) one is not allowed to say one (or one's method) can "cure" anything at all. And we are not allowed to "diagnose disease".

Much care is needed in what anyone claims, for legal reasons among others.

It's only how you choose your words.
If you say e.g. you are treating among
others people with dx you are actually
not saying that you are treating dx.

big pharma, vaxx manufacturer etc get thru with

That's right, but the legal ramifications of poor word choice can be devastating. As experiences of certain past and present members of this list can attest.

"Word choice" may be trivial in context of "so what do you think of my haircut?" but can be utterly crucial in this context.

My homeopathic doctor had an AIDS patient and he had told me that he had kept
him going for ten years and that he was still alive. That was in the
nineties...and ten years before that there wasn't much hope for anyone with
AIDS.
