Here in the US an education standard has been set by the Council on
Homeopathic Education. See . Clicking "Standards" will
take you to a page that includes a download of their 2001
Standards--that should be a good starting point!

The only University in London that has a full time course in Homoeopathy is
University of WESTMINSTER

The only other university (so far as I know) in England is University of
Preston

There are of course a number of reputable colleges in UK which teach
homoeopathy to a good standard.
