What Andy is saying here is all true. A very skilled orthopedic surgeon can
tell a lot from palpating and observing the remaining range of motion. A CT
scan is the ultimate diagnostic test for the extent of damage and the
potential for repair. And the window of opportunity for surgical repair
closes after 8-10 weeks. A full tear can create permanent disability if not
repaired surgically. This sort of injury does not seem able to heal itself,
even with help from homeopathy, unfortunately -- it's like a broken bone
when the ends are too far apart to begin the process of reknitting.

Great reply, Andy! Thanks for elaborating so clearly and thoughtfully on my suggestion. Sometimes we do forget that other treatments may be necessary before homeopathy can do its best work.
