So it sounds like the "Adrenal Fatigue" book is quite
complementary--one point that he makes and explains very well is the
connection between inflammation and adrenal insufficiency, and my
personal observation has been that "adrenal support" (nutrients, herbs,
lifestyle) is very effective in warding off illness and enhancing
recovery from "anything". He views (and explains) diseases such as
chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis (and ?--a wide
variety!) as conditions that can happen only when the adrenals are
under-functioning and not adequately performing their appointed tasks.
Information that's unnecessary for those folks who "always get the
remedy right"...
