Robyn,
Thanks very much.
I had googled, but obviously not thoroughly enough. And in RefWks I
found only calc-f mentioned; but did not search on exostosis too.
Thanks for filling in my gaps, and for the further remedy ideas--much
appreciated, as always.

Okay, thanks. Does that make a difference, tho, in the remedies that
might be relevant? I guess in either case there's an issue of calcium
metabolism--for whatever that's worth... ?

Yes it does.
In the case of an exostose you consider a growth on a bone, sycotic problem
generally, you look at remedies that have the symptoms experienced by the
patient + the growth + being sycotic.
A tissue calcification is a body reaction to inflammation, strain, or as
written a lack of nutrients. So you address the origin, once that is taken
care of the calcification will resolve in time, long after the symptoms have
gone, in other words, you will have a radiologic spur still present but no
complaints.

The origin... In this case I would say the origin is structural
laxness "caused" by adrenal insufficiency aka "stress" aka deficient

poor diet. So in that case "address the origin" would simply mean to
take and prescribe on the broader case, try to address the metabolic
issues rather than focusing on the spur itself??
Thanks!

It seems like everyone I come in contact with that has bone spurs and I
tell them to get a good quality Calicum Supplement and they do, it goes
away.
Some people tell me the Dr. told them it was from too much Calicum and
they had to cut back on the Calcium in their diet.
That's just awful I think.
One women spent a fortune on special shoes and ended up not using them
anymore because her bone spurs went away after being on Calcium for
about 3 months.
It's interesting how some people will just suffer or go thru surgery
rather than taking a remedy or a simple Calcium Supplement.

One theory is that is due to calcium deficiency leading to leaching,
leading to an eruption of calcium in a spot of weakness ---

dear shannon
heel spurs are not true spurs ,they are remenants of absorbed bones at their margines that they arenot absorbed ,then we see them only and think that they are prominant like spurs

Has anyone here seen heel spurs to be reabsorbed, or is it just the
discomfort that is resolved by the remedy? (In addition to calc-fl, I
assume the rubric "Extremities, exostoses" is the relevant one--or is
that process basically different from what gives rise to heel spurs?
(I gather that heel spurs are basically a traumatic response, whereas
exostoses aren't?)
Thanks!
