I think of the constitutional remedy as the 'project forman' stimulating
and expediting
the healing process (acting as a catalyst) and the MSM (along with amino
acids, etc)
as the raw materials necessary for the repair.

My explanation, purely speculative though, is that her terrain was reopened
to admit that specific bacteria during the time reversal.
As those bacterias are ubiquituous, they came back with joy in a good place
for them to grow.
But again it is an interpretation and of course I have no proof that this is
true.
