White thick expectorations

Hi,

I am with my father and found Ars for his esophageal cancer. I am trying to persuade him not to do death with dignity by getting a remedy to help with the primary source of pain. He has been having a great deal of pain and difficulty swallowing both food and drink.

The Ars 200c 3x a day 5 cup method of dilution ala Farokh Masters. He was able to swallow better after 3 days, but there seems to have been an aggravation. He is on so much oxycodone that it is trouble for me to evaluate.

I am looking for help with a rubric for his expectorate that is a change in symptoms.

Just before he started being able to swallow better, he started spitting up a thick white expectorant. We were in a boat when it started and I noticed that it floats and is about the size of a half dollar piece when it floats on the water. I have not been able to find it. Maybe my keywords are not good enough. Expectorate, Sputum,

He has a diverticulitus just before the upper opening of the esophagus. Also, he has diabetes that has been controlled for many years. Neurolgical problems in diabetes are common. They can affect swallowing. Farokh covered this in his diabetes class last night, but he did not go over rubrics for this difficulty. He cough and feels like vomiting after the difficulty swallowing lasts too long. But, I am thinking that there is a spasm occurring there. Not sure what the neurological difficulty would be like.

my father would expectorate that because the mucus and saliva he was swallowing would not go down through the esophagus.

The evolution of oesophageal cancer is that it progressively invades one of the bronchi, creating a fistula; whatever is swallowed can then end up in the bronchi and needs to be coughed up.
Not a nice situation.

with my dad it was more of it filling up his esophagus with nowhere to go but up and out - gagging it out.
