Coeliacs disease

I have a patient coming in who has coeliacs disease. Although that is not why she wants to see me I look on this as a maintaining conditions and therefore would like to put it in my rep.
I see that there is no reference at all to the actual disease in my rep unless someone knows of another name it might go by. Other than that I presume we rep on what the symptoms would be if she didn’t keep to her diet.
I have done a MM search and see it is mentioned in Gaertner and Butyricum Ac

RADAR lists Caust., LYC., Nat-m., and Nat-s. as possible remedies. RefW turned up DPT as well as Gaertner. (A note on the last: celiacs who need Gaertner are basically born with the disease and can manifest it quite spectacularly at a very early age, as in nearly dying.)
I'd cast a wider net and look at rubrics for aggravation from wheat or farinaceous foods. Make sure the diagnosis is accurate, too. In the U.S. some people think they have celiac when in reality they just have low tolerance for gluten.

Thanks I will add the Radar remedies to Murphy3, Clinical; CELIAC; disease (4) carc, chin, lyc, phos,

and Complete 2014, Clinical; celiac disease: (2) dpt, gaert,

I believe she has had the condition a long time but she is coming to see me because her doctor thinks she has CFS and is seeing a consultant to get a proper diagnosis. Mum wants her to see me rather than be put on drugs!!

You have to check that she is really completely gluten free and also free of all other cereals whose proteins might cross-react but are never tested for, and that includes the gluten-free cereals like oats and rice.

According to her mother she stays healthy on her diet and in her town they even have a gluten free sandwich shop!! Apparently mum wants her to see me because her doctor thinks she may have CFS and she doesn’t want her to be medicated.

Yes, but........as you will soon be able to read in the book "Elementary Nutrition for Homeopaths" (I could not miss a free advert, could I?) any trace of cross reactive protein can trigger all the symptoms, many of them resembling CFS.

Whether it is full blown conventionally labelled coeliac or low tolerance, the effects are the same, it is the intensity and the span of time to arrive to the same damage that are different.

So you might well give the indicated remedy with either no action and wonder what you did wrong in your prescription (nothing, the toxin continues to be ingested) or suppress the symptoms, everybody is happy but the damage continues until new pathologies appear, apparently out of the blue.

How would I know which proteins are cross reactive? I wondered if the Coeliacs would have something to do with the CFS if that is what the symptoms are.
