Watch!
I have the pdf transcript if anybody wants it.
Seems all the answers to our questions are here. I'm going to buy PERLMUTTER'S book when I have the $$. There must be a considerable amount of important information in it.

Yes, that extensive conversation certainly makes the case for fermentation and the powerful effect it has on the gut/brain. Americans are generally ignorant of there even being a reason to eat vegetables (I was... didn't eat too many of them most of my life) vs canned/processed/shelved/frozen food in a package let alone getting them to even fathom that their overall brain health depends on the gut! Even the word gut is not a word you hear spoken by the average American. Roger, do you suppose that's why we have the sickest citizenry on the planet, and then our allopathic healthcare system is way beyond being the "most advanced, #1 healthcare system" that most Americans claim?
We could stop the advent of all of the big killers if we could change how people eat. FOOD is MEDICINE if one knows how to use it that way! Pass it on Roger. Maybe one day... Do you want me to send the transcript?

Vicki,
Human beings suffer from the defect of taking good things too far. Inayat Khan said, "Evil is a good thing taken too far." We have benefited greatly from the germ theory of disease and public health measure toward cleanliness. But we have taken it too far. Most people in the USA die from degenerative diseases, NOT pathogens like rabies or cholera. So our idiotic medical system, which has had such great success with their paradigm, is killing millions of people by not getting with the fact that they are ignoramuses when it comes to the results of their sterile perspective on life and health.
