I agree, Yale is notorious for its "science" to support vaccines, and for its alumni being the highest vaccine supporter g group. So are other "top" universities in USA that way. They toe the political line to stay on top and dictate as much to their scholars.
I would look for a university with a better ethics code myself, starting with one that supports individual choices.
To my way of thinking a university with closed thinking is least likely to teach "HOW to think" to make good choices - which is the only real reason to go to a university in the first place, whatever the subject choices may be; "WHAT to think" should never be taught at any university, IMO.

For now it appears time is not an issue since CT has a religious exemption option. But I still want to get her antibodies for all required vaccines up enough to pass a positive titers test so she wont have to fear getting blocked from classes if there is an outbreak of some disease that has a vaccine. She said will get the vaccine if that is possible. I told her the only thing I have heard of on college campuses is meningitis.
Is it possible to do this homeopathically? Can someone work with us long distance?

I for sure don't want her too. But she has worked so hard for this and even though she knows how I feel and I have spoken to her and she realizes there are dangers I know she will get a vaccine before possible being told to leave until an outbreak is contained. I also know there are ways of minimizing the effects of vaccines by actions both pre and post of the shot. The problem is if she has to get one after she is up there I will not be with her to help her.
Do we have any Homeopaths in this group in CT or does someone personally know one she could see up there?

I tend to agree with this thought: no military, no hospital work, no Peace Corps, no diplomatic postings, no travel to many places - all worth it for health, I feel. When we are young, we may think differently about our purpose here. It's a shame there is such a high price to pay for not thinking it through.

Pardon me if I missed something, but how, and why, would there be any significance to the authorities if she has high titers? Who will certify her to be immune? Ironic, in that the presence of antibodies do not correlate to actual immunity with any consistency. And, since that is the case, homeopathy to do what homeopathy does, i.e., to strengthen the body's defenses, will not necessarily force production of antibodies. It is a tremendous leap from energetic influence to physical products of reaction to exposure, I think.

On the form to submit for vaccination records it has an option for date of shot or optional, positive titers results. It even states if no vaccine records are available to first do a titers test and if negative then give vaccination. So if we can somehow invoke a positive titers then no vaccine is necessary.

Look further into the meningitis issue (or, better yet, have your daughter do the research). My impression is that this was not an issue until the last couple of decades, which is when colleges were flooded with kids who'd received the MMR vaccine. It may be that having measles or mumps or rubella protects one from meningitis later in life. Or that having the MMR shot makes one more vulnerable.

I have been following the present discussion and I should like to bring that, in Brazil, the place I live, one can be legally dismissed from vaccination, by claiming in court of law religious or philosophical reasons. For vaccines, unfortunately, are embraced by general public over here, the action aforementioned is not quite common, although legally accepted and requiring some efforts and expenses to be achieved.
Perhaps there should be similar legal way in the US, or, at least, in the US State the issue is taking place, to be applied.

Pardon me if I missed something, but how, and why,
would there be any significance to the authorities if she
has high titers? Who will certify her to be immune? Ironic,
in that the presence of antibodies do not correlate to
actual immunity with any consistency. And, since that is the
case, homeopathy to do what homeopathy does, i.e., to
strengthen the body's defenses, will not necessarily
force production of antibodies. It is a tremendous leap from
energetic influence to physical products of reaction to
exposure, I think.

Hi Vicki,
Currently, homeopaths are prohibited in the state of CT unless they are also MDs, due to a very old, antiquated law. I know there is a group working to change this, but as far as I've heard, the bill hasn't passed yet. She would need to work with an out of state homeopath.

I also know there are ways of minimizing the effects of vaccines by actions both pre and post of the shot. The problem is if she has to get one after she is up there I will not be with her to help her.
