The FDA has a history of ignoring the comments they do not like and using only the ones they like.
THEY want this legislature for the drug companies - Know thine enemy.

I agree. It is only Congress that needs to be lobbied. The FDA is funded by them and answers to them.
The hope is we will expend all our time, money, and energy on hearings and sleep when the vote is taken.
