My only comment is that I would recommend 1 dose and wait 3-4 days to see how the patient reacts and then progress with it until the vital force reacts.
Rather miraculously, in one case, a gentleman in his 70's who had been deaf in one ear since age 16 after an impact on the side of his head, regained his hearing after just one dose of Causticum (constitutionally selected Rx) LM01.
