Interesting instructions by Lippe.

Post by Soroush Ebrahimi »

Let's say you are treating a patient acutely ill and a secretion of some
kind develops. What should you do? Here is further counsel from the master -
Adolph Lippe MD. Excellent.

This is one true and excellent suggestion - give the remedy and wait out secretions. Works nicely with children. Unfortunately if you are treating a person who has to go to work every day, constantly running eyes or nose or what people collectively call "allergies" ( not even to mention excessive sweating or running to the bathroom) interfere with work functions of so many professions. Nobody who is self-employed and has to interact with dozens of people in a day (hairdressers, consultants, advisers etc) is going to be able showing up to work explaining to clients - "it is this homeopathic remedy that is making my nose run". I can talk about drainage and need to let things settle naturally for as long as it takes, but if person needs to work, the pill goes in and remedy goes out.

not a homeopathic remedy but a detox story,
i started getting pain and swelling in my hands, knuckles, i went 100% gluten free and the pain stopped quickly as the swelling went down slowly, the knuckle with the most swelling developed a soar on it and it oozed for over a month. the knuckle is still not back to normal, still larger and wont straighten completely unless manually straightened but the pain is gone. i will at some point look into seeing if there is anything to do about the residual damage/deformity.

But wouldn't that be a time when they ought to be home, resting?
The secretions show that the body's hard at work. Doesn't it make sense to leave time for that to happen?
Otherwise you are driving with one foot on the accelerator, and other foot on the brake.

Exactly right Shannon, I love your analogy! What does it mean for self-employed single mom who makes just enough to pay for rent and food working every single day?

As side question - would tears (crying) be a form of a discharge?

Aren't they a discharge of emotions?
Like e.g. outbursts of anger with various ways of expressing it.
Externalized mental energy brought in shape.

Vicki,

I stopped being an obnoxious hot-head because I did what you did. I recall that for years and years and years the nerve in my elbow would be very sensitive such that I could not rest my elbow even on a pillow without discomfort. And my 2nd grade teacher said that I had an anger problem (we have the documentation.) Now I connect the two data points and realize that my nerves were inflamed for probably my entire lifetime and perhaps plus 9 months, thanks to carbs and grains.

Life is so much easier for me now that I don't flip out all of the time. I have even started to appreciate some (politically) liberal viewpoints. I say that the grains and hi-carbs caused me to mentally ill. I don't know what else to call being ready to go ballistic pretty much all of the time is if not mentally ill. And everything else I tried, including homeopathy, EFT, etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. did NOT work. There is no substitute for a proper diet.
