In TCM the tongue is muscle tissue which we can observe and have
identified aspects which have association with physiological
function. It becomes a photo album of your health. A crack down
the mid line is generally referred to as possibly cardiac, and red
is the conditon of heat.

The intention is to assess the general presentation of the tissue
and to further identify any variances in the body by shape, color,
or other distinguishing characteristics. As well we identify a
coating.

The perimeter is the liver area and the tip is heart

Interesting. I don't think she has any heart problems but maybe liver.
