Glass removal WAS EMERGENCY

Due to whatever astro conditions, I broke a glass last week and on Monday find I have a very tiny glass shard in sole of foot.
It's not infected but painful if I step on it.
Does taking Silica cause the glass to come out?
If so, what potency, how often, etc.??
