Those in US, beware of the charges from Narayna publishers in Germany

If you are considering ordering things from Narayna publishers in Germany, please beware of the charges that come after delivery of your order. Even if you had “free” shipping from Narayna, you’d have to pay since these charges are from 3rd party that did not have anything to do with promises of “free shipping”. The charges come from UPS – their shipping vendor and compose of $13 “Brokerage” fee plus customs – depending on the amount of your order.

This must be a new development. I've ordered books and other items from Narayana without any charges -- from UPS or anyone else.

I had talked to Narayana a short while ago and i believe was told there would be S & H + customs on remedies.

I did too, many times. This is the first time that I have received additional bill from UPS with some "brokerage" fees. Narayna replied that they used to cover those, but will not do it anymore for deliveries to Canada (and probably US as well since I am in US).
