Dear Susan
Thank you for sharing your case details with us.
One thing that worries me is that you are self-prescribing.
In my view, self-prescribing should only be considered in an emergency or if you really do not have access to a well trained homeopath.

Subject: Re: [Minutus] Q v LM potencies
Thanks for the info Soroush
I've been alternating, was upto Calc LM25 with Tub LM13
Having 2 inherited genetic illnesses, requires mostly daily admin of LM or 200C.
Per Hahnemann,
Organon aph 40, footnote 40a, closest description to my situation of dissimilar diseases where Hahnemann says "The two diseases exist beside one another in the organism, each in the parts that are suitable for it. The cure of the disease will be completely produced by the timely alternation of the best antisyphilitic ......the best antispsoric."
He's talking about a venereal disease and psora and also he discusses dissimilar acute infectious diseases and how diseases can combine but generally I think it can apply to my inherited genetic diseases which are separate and are not combining. Possibly another antispsoric or eventually psorinum is needed. At least Calc works with the other antimiasmatics.
I knew I needed a remedy change but didn't know what.to do since I was feeling not right more physically but was concerned about a change on the mentals.
I knew it had to be an antipsoric/antisycotic but nothing jumped out at me.
As synchronicity has it, a homeopath who helped me before, felt I now needed Lachesis based on my writing loquacity
I started it 200C water as I found it won't antidote/cancel an LM action in progress.
Been over a week with 10 doses, feeling MUCH better after initial vital force adjustment.
Turns out Lach has diabetes per Kent and also may cover bipolar. Currently taking 1 teaspoon/day.
I did need a Calc booster after first few doses, but so far, I feel Lach may be my current simiimum but with chronic diseases, who knows for how long.
Now have to decide to move to Lach LM or maybe try as Fibonacci.
Have to wait and see if I'll need more Calc. The 200C and LM alternation allows me to do what Hahnemann says and keep aane

If I try a new remedy as LM and it is not right, it cancels current LM and then I'd be fading fast.
Eventually I will try Psorinum as nosode intercurrent, I have lots of psora, latent psora stuff.
I understand what you're saying about not taking LMs daily, I'm treating a friend, Calc LM2-4 so far, alternate with occasional Carc 200C, doesn't seem to need the LM daily but every 2-3 days and has had no vertigo, chronic back pain nor seasonal pollen allergies so far. Amazing. But those are not illnesses with genes, just come from inherited miasms.
I think based on my longterm treatment, that dealing with illnesses with identified genes, one needs more rigorous administration of remedy.
Best,
Susan
