I have a very small tube of a remedy.
The pellets are stuck together in the tube.
I need the potency now which would be a special order for me
to replace.
I am concerned about how to get the remedy out of the tube
and whether it is still viable. Is there any guideline on this?

Re: remedy viability
I would add some alcohol to it – as in vodka, give it a shake and take a couple of drops of the solution.

Re: remedy viability
I have had that happen to me when I put too much medicating potency over placebo pellets. I usually use a clean toothpick to seperate the pellets. If you use liquid be sure to drain out the excess and shake the bottle to separate the pellets before drying them (on a shelf with a very loose lid.
