Severe pain definitely means that you need a diagnosis.
Was there an injury involved, or did it develop gradually, or suddenly?
Is it constant, or what makes it worse or better?
But in any case, you need to see what a qualified, hands-on, in-person person says about it.
Is it out of joint, or did something break, tear, or etc.?

there is no injury in my knee its suddenly starts first of all its start from cracking of both knee then start right knee severe pain anything if you want more ask you can this pain is increasing during up stairs and down stairs during leg bending
