The operative principle of homoeopathy, call it homeostasis, like cures like, or medical similitude, is the effective principle for all epidemiology. This is a palladium that has obviously not been fully recognized by the medical recession and has yet to come into its own, as can be currently seen in the edicts dribbling out of the Commonwealth countries, like the one we're being urninated on now by the NHMRC.
