Mentioned is that the "protection" may only last 5 years, another is that there are enhanced pap smear tests that can be used instead of vaccinating.
What approach would a homeopath take who wanted to treat someone adversely affected by Gardasil> Where should they begin?

What Katie didn't follow up on was her question to the woman who lost her daughter regarding a law suit. Most people don't know that the drug manufacturers are immune to vaccine damage litigation. You can't sue a drug company for their crappy vaccine products. Years ago that sleazy Dr. Frist was able to get legislation passed that set up a Kangaroo court to litigate damages from vaccines. The judge panel makes the decisions and there are no jury trials. The system is completely unconstitutional but, of course, why should that matter? Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen

Then the law must be challenged at the Supreme Court level. We need to buy insurance against being sued and then take these people to the Supreme Court.

I don't have much confidence in the Supreme Court. Look how they handled Obama Care. Nope, the whole government is corrupt. The little guy doesn't have a chance. They own the media too so we don't get the truth on broadcast news.

I once went to an attorney to sue another attorney who obviously made a deal with my opponent's lawyer and I lost. I told the story to the new lawyer whom I trusted having done some business with him over the course of several years. He laughed! He said that complaining to the state bar association was analogous to the farmer going into the wolf den to protest that someone was eating his chickens. Caveat Emptor! Carmi Hazen

that law was gutted even further by the Supreme Court in the last few years. Used to be able to sue the drug company if lost in vaccine court, now can't even do that.

Yes, Bush gave cart blanche to the drug corporations when he granted them ‘held harmless’ status for vaccine damage.
The govt created an illusion of taking responsibility with VAERS but so few cases make it to the court. The economic paradigm
prefers to have the govt pay for damaged kids, out of our public coffers while protecting private industry profits. Today we
have the advent of the TPP which will ensconce this principle of protecting corporate profits into an international treaty agreement.
The drug corps have since that fateful day used vaccines for bottomless profits while creating more and more diseases that try to
force people into greater and greater drug use.
Yesterday, I had a 19 yr old cashier in the HFS tell me timidly that she believed the medical industry (her phrase) was conspiritorial
against our health. It was heartwarming to her use that phrase as that is how I refer to the drug corp/insurance/AMA consortium.
It was nice to be able to encourage her in this form of thinking and study.
