Hi Dave,
These are my notes from a lecture on this remedy at a Society of homeopaths
conference last year -I think.Unfortunately I have no recollection of who
gave the lecture let alone where the proving was done!!

AYAHUASCA
The word means ancestral spirit and rope.
Energy in a spiral. It is a thick rope like plant. Effect of a twist in the
system from a jar. A spinal twist.
A lot to do with mother. Spiritual umbilicus. Rx for making connections at
work. Can encourage bonding between mother and unborn child. Can make
families get together. Heals all then Chakras because it travels up the
spine in a spiral.
Fear - the unimaginable, of the unknown, of being disconnected, of grief, of
incarnation, being in a damaged body.

It precedes Thuja - telepathic, loss of purpose, sense of uselessness. Rage/
sense of well being. Can't think straight. Problems connecting with Mother.
Physicals
Centre of the spine and the viscera
Multiple allergies spates and craving for chocolate (Chocolate feeds the
spleen and alcohol the liver)
Loss of libido
Restriction of breathing - cord around the neck and not taking the first
breathe
