Hi, I've tried to heal these skin problems homoepathicly, but havn't had any success, probably due to my lack of experience. I find that I can paliate, then it comes back, and I'm getting frustrated with skin problems. I'm getting quite desperate. Thanks

The fact that you are having some short-lived successes with palliation
would seem to indicate that you are focussing to narrowly on skin Sx.
Try ignoring the skin Sx for a moment; take a case based on all else that
you can observe.
Review the remedies that come up this way; and give strong consideration to
remedies thus found which are apsoric &/or have somewhat similar skin Sx.
