Viruses are not what they tell us: was Michael Douglas - HPV Caused My Oral Cancer AND Miasmatic Theory

Post by Sheri Nakken »

I don't know for sure but I think it is probably due to vaccination. It is part of the immune system and that is adversely affected
All the links seem to go back to Walene James, researcher and author - I will ask her daughter more (Ingri Cassels of Vaclib in the US)
http://www.missionislam.com/health/vaccinefacts.htm says
FACT : The thymus gland plays an essential role in the immune response against germs and non-human proteins, making T-cells, protecting against diseases. When autopsies were performed on vaccinated Americans, it was found that the thymus gland had shrunk after puberty, while there was little deterioration in the thymus gland of adults in poorly vaccinated countries. Thymus gland abnormalities are associated with many diseases and tumours. 10 from Walene James - Immunization: The Reality Behind the Myth

and this http://www.acupuncturetoday.com/archive ... wkins.html

http://vaccinationcrisis.com/deeper.html "One gland which is particularly affected is the thymus gland, whose secretion, thymosin, is necessary for the maturation and function of T-lymphocytes throughout the body. Abnormalities in the function of the thymus gland result in a variety of immuno-deficiency, autoimmune, and neoplastic diseases. It is known that patients with leukemias, cancers, and rheumatoid arthritis have impaired thymus-dependent immune systems.

Interestingly enough, the thymus gland degenerates more rapidly in Americans than in people in India, where few vaccinations are given. "

Irene - the thymus most certainly is part of the endocrine system
http://www.med.wayne.edu/physiology/fac ... RT%203.pdf

as well as the immune system http://www.britannica.com/EBchecked/topic/594569/thymus

and have there been autopsies of unvaccinated that also show it has shrunk with age? That would tell us if it were normal to shrink - it may or may not be normal

https://eaware.org/thymus-gland/
The gland produces thymosins, which are hormones that stimulate the development of antibodies. The thymus also produces T-lymphocytes which are white blood cells that fight infections and destroy abnormal cells.

Another function of thymus gland is to prevent the abnormal growth of cells, that may lead to cancer.

The thymus gland also produces a hormone called thymosin, which stimulates the T cells in the other lymphatic organs to mature. This gland also produces another hormone called thymopoietin, which is protein present in the mRNA (messenger RNA) and is encoded by the TMPO gene.

http://wiki.answers.com/Q/Are_the_thyro ... same_thing
The thymus is a lymphoid and endocrine (meaning ductless) gland located in the chest cavity behind the sternum (breastbone). It is responsible for the development of the immune system. In addition to producing white blood cells, the thymus produces hormones (e.g., thymosin) that promote maturation of T lymphocytes. Thymus gland is larger in children than in adults and may disappear completely in old age.
