rubric re germs?

What rubric would apply to "germ phobia", other than Fastidious?
E.g. a 14 year old who papers the toilet seat *at home* before he will use it;

in grocery store puts a single pepper into plastic bag because he does not want the checker to touch it;

asks mother "three times" after she uses the bathroom, "Are you sure you washed your hands?" (She is a nurse, and probably *does* wash her hands!)

He does not do extreme hand washing, just these anxieties (or whatever).
