In my rep all of these are referenced back to "Fear, disease, contagious…", so I guess that is the winner.
Oh, except "Cleanness, mania for" which does not appear in mine, but I think does not apply here anyway.
(He is fine with getting 14-year-old disgusting with mud etc. Funny.)

By the way, you might want to ask more about this. 'What might happen if
you don't paper the toilet seat'. And he might say - 'I'll get sick'.
(if that is what he says). OK, so, what happens if you get sick? Or -
'Has that ever happened?' Etc.

Or - 'Should others paper the toilet seat after you've been to the
toilet?' (He might think he's the only real clean one around..)

Or - 'Are you afraid of a photograph showing germs?'

Stuff like that..
