Hep C antiviral treatment - Homeopathy for side effects?

Was wondering if anyone has palliatively treated anyone for the side effects of antiviral treatment for Hepatitis C?
I of course am taking the case looking for the similimum
but would like to know if anyone else has any suggestions or clinical info of use in this type of treatment which has such an effect on the whole system.

In every case involving drug damage, I look at the organs involved, treat them with Organotherapy and Drainage, add a "general" detoxification and use an isotherapic of the drug in an F series.

The logic being that there is physical, material and functional damage to organs and systems that have to be repaired independently and concomitantly to the specific impact/interaction with the individual.
