Acute urticaria

Any suggestions for an infrequent urticaria which manifests as read wheals with white in the middle . They don’t last very long and don’t seem to bother 1 yr. old child. Usually they are on the legs and buttocks . It is thought that food maybe the culprit as it tends to happen when she eats the same food as parents when she is out with them.
I saw in Murphy hives from rich food – puls but she is not acting in a Puls manner. It sometimes happens in the home if she touches raw egg white!!
