Can I get Cannibis remedies and narcotic based ones in USA?

I'm able to buy nosodes without a prescription or license from same NYC store which are made by Standard.
I called and asked and was told they can't get cannibi or any narcotic based remedies from Boiron USA or Standard, with or without a license.
Was told to order from Helios UK and they may label it something else when shipped.
The FDA raid was not recent and Boiron USA is very compliant of USA legal requirements.
If Boiron Canada allows one to go into a store and buy these OTC w/o scrip or license, that would be great.
I can buy aspirin or Tylenol with codeine OTC in Canada like buying candy, but that would require a triplicate prescription in NY State, meaning has to be filled, picked up in person, no mail order, no refills, scrip expires in 30 days if not filled and tracked by your Social Security # as codeine is a controlled substance in many USA states at least New York and Texas. Florida is much less strict which is why they have tons of pain clinics where one can get Oxycontin, Vicodin, Percoset, etc. with refills easy.
Even if Standard still will do as you say, would not be able to order w/o a license and would have to import.

What is the NYC store that you use? I am sure I know it, but let's see if it the same one.
