A case I am treating abroad for diabetic gangrene(80+yrs old) was due for leg amputation last Feb. With homeopathic meds. I'd say the gangrene is gone (though some black on the toes still remain). Insulin shots were stopped to start with and diet controlled.
The blood shugar fluctuates between 8 and 15 (144 - 270) and she's got feeling back in her foot. With it is of course, is a lot of pain and recently swelling and redness.
She is mainly on Ars 1M once a week, Sec 1M once a week. inter meds to controll the pain when it is excessive. Herbal meds(fenugreek, garlic, vinegar, cinnimon, etc.)
Any ideas anyone?

This is non-homeopathic, but I witnessed a herbalist successfully treat gangrene that had developed in a young diabetic man after amputation of some toes. He soaked the affected feet in a strong tea made from echinacea. We were in the wilderness, so the options were limited, but the tea worked.
Persuading the young man not to hike with those benumbed feet was another matter. Don't know if the herbalist had any success there.
Peace,

Re: Gangrene
I had success with gangrene clearing with Secale and I see you are already doing that. However mine was a recent, just going into gangrene case in the toes and I used Secale 30. It worked!! Amputation was not needed. I just wonder if a lower potency would address the physical condition better.
