ability to make free phone calls to any landline phone # in US, for free from your computer, under 20mins. When you install
whistle you get 2 lines with that phone # so you can make conference calls. Phone calls outside the USA
can call your tel# for free.

the issue with a hotline is the need to set it up so that the patient
is billed for the call for your fee - like a 900 number.

its my experience that most people that have internet also have free
calls anyway in the US
