Hi Sheri,

According to the Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine
there are only 36 "Medical Assistants" legally practicing.
-----------
Arizona Board of Homeopathic and Integrated Medicine
http://www.azhomeopathbd.az.gov/index.html

Board Mission
The Board's mission is to protect the health, safety and welfare of Arizona citizens by examining, licensing and regulating homeopathic physicians. The Board also registers homeopathic medical assistants that work under the supervision of licensed homeopathic physicians.
The Board licenses and regulates approximately 100 Physicians practicing in the state, and has registered approximately 36 Medical Assistants.

And the only "safe haven" PRIOR to SB 1175 is/was:

32-2911. Persons and acts not affected by chapter

10. The practice of providing treatment of the spiritual vital force in accordance with hahnemanian principles through the use of remedies that are diluted beyond the concentration of substances in drinking water and prepared in the manner described in the homeopathic pharmacopoeia of the United States.
-----------------------
(Can NOT use the word homeopath/homeopathy.)

SB 1175 does NOT look favorable for CCH/other homeopaths.

Hopefully CCH's and others will contact the Arizona representatives immediately!!!!!!!!!!

Contact info at the very bottom of this long email.

VOTE IS TOMORROW 22 Mar 11.

So in your understanding the bill does not make the situation there any worse than it already is?

Should we ideally phone *all* of them???
And should AZ non-residents also call, I assume?

Calling is more effective but if it's too much, here is a list that has email addresses.
