I've been working on a book about water for almost 2 years now. I thought the discussion of 'on purpose' additives would be nothing more than a chapter. The material about fluoridation just kept growing and growing until I moved it to an appendix. It just keeps growing. The known side effects make this as important as pharmaceuticals, aspartame and vaccines as a cause and/or maintaining cause for homeopaths to factor into their analysis and management process.

don't know if i missed this reference, but during this past month
Joseph Mercola, www.Mercola.com ran an article/video on water
purification systems. Thought he did a reasonable job critiquing
the different types of systems,. Of course, he had his favorite.

In my extensive research I find steam distilled to be the best
We don't absorb minerals from our water - we get our minerals from
our food (if the food is depleted we will have take form of minerals
that is easily absorbed - but we don't get it from our water anyway
Our water carries nutrients into the cells and if already loaded with
minerals that can't use then can't carry other things in
It drops the nutrients off, so-to-speak, and then can pick up the
toxins and take them out
It is energized as in nature and mimics what happens there with water
and the sun and the rain
And it also removes fluoride
It doesn't waste water as reverse osmosis units do
And they aren't very expensive
