back nasal dripping

Back nasal dripping continues for more than a week. Thin, watery discharge, but it irritates the throat and creates a cough. Sometimes cough starts from the one place in the irritated throat. Worse during the night, worse while lying on the right side, left side a little better. But lying on the back is no problem.
I started with Kali Bichromicum 6C for two days, it gave some improvement, but not too much. It still continues.
