rash

There's a little dashund pup I bought recently. It was six weeks old
and full of beans. It had a rash in its ear which I did not notice. A little
pup with a little rash which it must have had at birth. He has been scratching
it and it is spreading as he's growing older - spilling out of its ear and flowing
down its neck.
What can I give it?
