Quackbuster Stephen Barrett: **Not an Expert,** Declares Judge!

In defense of Dr. Barrett I would like to state that I absolutely love the Quackwatch web site. Dr. Barrett is a skilled writer and when he describes alternative treatments, he is usually very thorough in his rather excellent conveyance of the facts, seldom leaving anything out. I certainly admire his ability in this regard and strive in my own writings to be as skilled with our language as is he.

I tell everyone I meet to review is work and at the end, ignore is diatribe when he attempts to disgrace and vilify what he had previously so eloquently conveyed. I tell people that the harder his criticism over a particular treatment modality, the better it actually is. Kudos to you Doc! I just wonder when you will get tired of riding your Petard?
