Homeopathy and EFT

Post by Guillermo »

Dear all

I've been reading about EFT, I found it very interesting.
I would like to know from those who are EFT practitioners
which place do you give it in your practice?
do you use it both in every case or you choose one or the
other depending of the pathology?
or something you consider to be worth mentioning.
Thank you in advance.

Guillermo

Dear Guillermo,
I use EFT within my practice and have done for many years as I qualified as an EFT practitioner in 2001. I don't use it with all patients, only those I think may benefit. Possible scenarios:-
1. Patient comes in for a consultation but has an acute pain e.g. headache . I would tap away the headache and then get on with the consultation.
2.A painful past or present emotional issue emerges. I would tap this away. Often the tapping leads to the core issue.
3. A patient comes with diet issues- I teach them how to tap away the food craving when it emerges. It has also helped as another crutch in the treatment of alcoholics.
4. Patient comes with a fear - as well as a remedy for their totality I will teach them to tap either on a regular basis or when the fear arises - again as a crutch
Sometimes I don't know what has instigated the changes/cures - the remedy prescribed or the EFT I have taught the patient to do on a regular basis and basically I don't care as long as the patient is happy and well.
I also use Emotrance, TAT and more and more Matrix Reimprinting - and have just learnt Deep State Repattening which is interesting but I don't think I will be using it very often if at all as I don't feel it is relevant to my practice. See my website for links to these meridian therapies.
I am primarily a homeopath and it is the patient's choice if they wish to learn EFT or use it within a consultation.

I, too, have used EFT with others. It always has helped. And as Rochelle noted, it often brings up the core
feelings which would otherwise be hard to tap into.
I once did a case of hives on a 12 yr old while we waited for a bus. It worked even in that unusual situation.
The hives disappeared and the core emotional issue surfaced and could be discharged.
