gall bladder flush

Has anyone come across or heard of a top limit for size of stone suitable for a gall bladder flush? Or heard that inflammation of the gall bladder is a contraindication?

I have not come across problems personally but don't want to encourage someone with large stones to do this if it is known to be a problem.
