Bronchiectasis

I have been diagnosed for bronchiectasis. I understand it is a very rare incurable lung disease. Is there any cure for this in homeopathy?

Following are my main problems:

1. I get breathless with very little physical effort
2. I have heaviness in my chest
3. I cough out a lot of phlegm
4. My CT scan has shown bronchiectasis in my right upper lung
5. Once in a while there are traces of blood in my phlegm
6. I also have sinusitisis

In homeopathy we don't go by allopathic names but by the symptoms, Mohan.
Your symptoms would suggest you look at Gels.
