Teeth and bones, is what I've read. But HOW? If it's not metabolized, how does it do *anything*? (Other than "digestive disturbance I mean, which I understand it does to some folks.)

No, I use 2 Tbs. Well, we all have different tastes and tolerances. There is nothing wrong with
using more or less. I know a couple of Sepia types who would drinkg the stuff straight!

I get this error message: "

Sorry, the page you requested was not found.
Additionally, a 410 Gone error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please check the URL for proper spelling and capitalization. ..."

Is it typed in correctly?

Sometimes I'll google...

Thanks,

Shannon

google mercola.com, go to the link for his articles and google xylitol in the mercola search bar.
you will get a list of articles on xylitol, including the one i sent you. i don't know why it wouldn't open
since i had just done that search myself to find it and it was there.
sorry for the frustration

Hm, I'm not even finding a link for articles, and in whatever section I search for xylitol, this is the only page I get, none of this is actually an article *on* xylitol. Maybe try sending me the link again, in case something went wrong with the link itself?

The article I read basically indicated that it was a safe product.
This is not the article I read, but it does have some information on xylitol. It compares
different sugar substitues.

Thanks for that link Tanya > brilliant as it explained why I found the hard was that Maltitol spikes my blood sugar even to the following day when I ate 1 wrapped piece of sugarfree halva. It even happened again when I retested with 1/2 a piece. I then gave the rest of the box away!! I don't get that problem from other sweeteners!!
