Thanks, this is a more optimistic interpretation than the ones I'd (on skimming quickly) just read.
One industry newsletter portrayed it as being (a) not really about the issue of GMOs, so much as about some general legal issues, and (b) in their opinion probably not more than a bump in the road, delaying but probably not preventing its commercial release.
But regardless, my conclusion is -- Boycott Monsanto! Anywhere and everywhere feasible, while we still have *any* choice in the matter...
