Can homeopathy detect health problem at it's early stage? (when it's without symptoms)

I have been pondering about the completeness of using homeopathy to treat health issues.

For example, a person suffering fr. high blood pressure may not have any symptoms until the HBP eventually cause a heart problem, kidney problem or a stroke (after having uncontrolled BP for X number of yrs)
In allopathic approach, they would monitor the BP, take medication to control so it doesn't lead to other more severe health problem.

In homeopathy, it will not treat a person until symptoms are shown...so wouldn't it be too late to treat a person when when symptoms finally show and damages done?

what are your thoughts?
