Autism-Vitamin D connection (Fwd)

Post by Shannon Nelson »

I thought this might be a useful addition to the discussion on autism.
I first started reading his newsletters in the last year or so, for discussions of the connection between Vitamin D and flu (check out the website below; there should be plenty on that). Now his two most recent ones address its connection with autism. I wonder how this intersects with the vaccine connection; would be interesting to know more about that! (Could Vitamin D metabolism be among the parts of the metabolism that are vulnerable to effects of vaccination? To me that seems plausible, but it's only an idea...)

Anyway, IMO worth a read--and he gives very specific instructions both for dosing, and for evaluating the blood levels of vitamin D (important if using high doses for an extended time).

There's a second letter-plus-commentary that I'll also forward, separately.

Best wishes,
Shannon
