I was asking Louise more about the course texts. This is her off the cuff answer. I asked if I could send it to the list.

Yes there is more than is written in the books - it is hard to say how much. Certainly clinically we have come a long way since Appearance and Circumstance although it is still a great starting text. We have some better tips for learning the features that didn't get in the HFA book (2006) but essentially the sketches are still the same. Soul & Survival was chopped back by 50% in the editing process so there is more to offer there. The biggest area that Grant has never written about (because he assumed everyone learned this in their training) is about how to take a case (easily) how to analyse a case (straight and broad repping) and case management (posology, obstacles to cure, what is health etc). So there is a lot to be gained from the course - he hasn't the time or the inclination to write another book at this time so the online course is the only way to share with students. There will be notes and a facial analysis self learning guide too.
